Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our coaching experience! Every session is designed to help you grow in purpose, clarity, and confidence. Please review the following policies so we can serve you with excellence and integrity. ■ Booking Policy • Scheduling: All sessions are booked directly through our online calendar. Once you book, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all details. • Payment: Full payment (or deposit if applicable) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. • Availability: Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If all slots are filled, you can join the waitlist below. • Session Options: Choose from 1:1 Coaching, Group Coaching, or Specialty Sessions. Each includes prayer, biblical insight, and practical application. • Preparation: Please arrive on time, bring your journal or notes, and come ready to receive. Each session begins with prayer and ends with reflection. ■ Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens we understand. Out of respect for our clients and the integrity of this ministry, we ask that all changes follow these guidelines: • 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. • Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will forfeit the session fee. • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional charge if done within the notice window. • Emergencies: In true emergencies, please email us at [insert email] so we can handle your situation with grace. ■ Refund Policy • All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. • For multi-week programs or mentorships, partial refunds may be issued only before the program begins. • Once a program starts, no refunds will be available due to the immediate access to materials and mentorship. ■ Waitlist Policy • Join the Waitlist: If your desired session or program is full, you can add your name to the waitlist directly on the booking page. • Openings: You’ll be notified by email when a spot becomes available and will have 24 hours to confirm before it’s offered to the next client. • Priority Access: Returning clients and active program members receive early access to available spots. • Understand that coaching is a partnership your growth is a shared journey between you, your coach, and God. “Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3
